Dylan George Barket is a trial attorney with Barket Lawyers in Miami, Florida, where his practice focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, first-party property, criminal defense, and complex contract disputes.

Since 2020, Dylan has litigated high-stakes criminal cases, including federal cocaine trafficking involving over 200 kilograms and the defense of January 6 defendants facing Obstruction of Congress charges. He has tried over 15 cases to verdict in the last four years.

Dylan comes from a distinguished legal lineage as a third-generation attorney. His father and grandfather both practiced law, his uncle currently serves as a judge in Miami-Dade County, and his second cousin, the Honorable Rosemary Barkett, was the first woman to serve as Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court.

Dylan earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and an LL.M. in International Commercial & Business Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, the Southern District of Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
