U.S. Updates Economic Sanctions Regulations

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") is removing from the Code of Federal Regulations the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and Bosnian Serb-Controlled Areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sanctions Regulations, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) Kosovo Sanctions Regulations, and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) Milosevic Sanctions Regulations.
